Add User in Slax Linux

Add User

Until you add your user name and password, you can only log in as root. The computer will be more secure if you add your user name and password.

To add a user name and password, in the Root Terminal, type:

adduser

Enter appropriate information as prompted.

You can now log out, and log in using your user name and password.
