Workspaces

FLWM

FLWM starts with one desktop, pressing Ctrl and F2, F3, F4, etc. up to F12, creates new desktops.

To move to another desktop, press Ctrl and F1, F2, F3, F4, etc.

You can also create new desktops, or move to other desktops, from the menu (right click).

To close a program in flwm, press Alt+Delete.

Be Aware, Ctrl and F1, F2, F3, F4, etc. does not work if Xorg-7.4.tczl is installed. You can still move to other desktops from the menu.

JWM

If you are using jwm, the workspace switcher can be seen as four small rectangles on the top panel, near the right side.

To move to another workspace, click on the workspace you want to move to in the workspace switcher.

Another option is to press Alt and 1, 2, 3 or 4, to move to that workspace.

To close a program in jwm, press Alt+F4.
